About the Founders
I, Ramyo Shimray, was born in 1976 into a Christian family in a small village in Manipur, North East India.
At the age of six, I experienced the deep loss of my beloved mother. In 1996, when I was 20 years old, I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. Following my salvation, God placed a clear vision in my heart—to follow Him and dedicate my life to serving the poor and needy.
I pursued theological education at Berean Baptist Bible College and Seminary in Bangalore, where I completed my Master of Theology (M.Th.) in 2005. God also blessed me with a godly wife, Apem, who holds a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) degree.
Together, we served with Shalom Baptist Ministry. I was part of the teaching faculty at Shalom Baptist Bible College and Seminary, while my wife served faithfully at the Shalom Baptist Orphanage.

In time, God led us to take a greater step of faith. With a deep burden for underprivileged and orphaned children, we established Grace Trust—a children's home dedicated to providing care, love, and hope through Christ to those in need.
